Booze-N-Bites: Pilot Episode

Booze-N-Bites was has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. It's a culinary concept center around two of my favorite things - unique local Texas spirits and grilling.  The idea is simple. Each episode I go to a local brewery, distillery or winery. I get to know the good folks behind the pints, wine glasses and snifters as they share their passion that goes into making these spirits. Then, I select my favorite flavor from each place and come up with a grilling recipe utilizing it in the second half of the show! Beer Marinated Fajitas! Tequila Lime Chicken!  Rum Flambed Ice Cream and Pineapple!  Nothing's off limits! Not long ago, I was given the opportunity to work with some amazing people to actually make this dream a reality! Unfortunately, this was when people didn't know to go after networks anymore or focus on YouTube channels. Networks provide funding for quality pilots. YouTube requires tons of low budget mass content all done for free until subscribers and views slowly begin to build. We were slowed by that, and many other various obstacles that ultimately ended up shelving the first Booze-N-Bites pilot before it could be fully completed. Myself, my team and the good people of Celis Brewery all put a lot of time and effort into making the best possible first episode of the show. But somewhere around the 75% mark, things shut down. Booze-N-Bites continues to be a passion of mine that I still one day hope to bring to the public. But for now, I figured I could at least share what was almost the best damn cooking show you ever could have seen! Cheers, my friends! I hope you enjoy this incomplete skeleton edition of Booze-N-Bites:The Pilot Episode.
